Performance

A great feature of Znuny is its performance. Even with ticket volumes beyond 10.000 tickets per week Znuny runs constantly and stable.
If a higher redundancy is required or the number of tickets overloads the hardware of a machine this is also no problem.

Ticket archiving
External caches
